Its history
We have always asked ourselves how the Etruscans, with their limited knowledge, could have chosen the most beautiful and magical sites across Italy for farming. How could they identify the most productive land by simply observing the stars and interpreting the soil profiles?

The philosophy
When you are actively involved in a place imbued with history, it’s important to firstly test the water. If ever changes want to be made, they should be carefully considered. These locations must be the first to accept the changes as it is the locations themselves that, since the beginning of time, have been, and must remain, the main protagonists.

Ci siamo sempre chiesti come gli Etruschi, con le loro limitate conoscenze, abbiano potuto scegliere i luoghi più belli e magici d'Italia per coltivare. Come avrebbero potuto individuare i terreni più produttivi semplicemente osservando le stelle e interpretando i profili del terreno?
La filosofia
Quando si è attivamente coinvolti in un luogo intriso di storia, è importante prima sondare il terreno. Se mai si volessero apportare dei cambiamenti, questi vanno attentamente valutati. Questi luoghi devono essere i primi ad accogliere i cambiamenti, poiché sono loro stessi che, fin dalla notte dei tempi, sono stati, e devono rimanere, i principali protagonisti.
